22 DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LJUBLJANA Welcome to Slovenia and its beloved capital! Meet with your tour director and get to know the details of your tour! Free time in Ljubljana DAY 2: LJUBLJANA & BLED B Your guide will take you around and show you most important attractions, such as Preseren’s square, Triple bridge, fish market, town hall and many others. To wrap up the whole Ljubljana story, you will also take funicular up to the castle hill, to learn more about Ljubljana and Slovenia’s history and of course admire amazing view from the top. Free time for lunch and then drives to green Alpine world to visit famous lake Bled. With immense natural beauty, Bled, together with its surroundings and magnificent lake with an island, ranks among the most beautiful alpine resorts of the world. Visit the amazing castle on the cliff is of- fering stunning views of the region. Some free time to enjoy by the lake and then return to Ljubljana for overnight. 4 OPTIONAL: Slovenian folklore dinner DAY 3: POSTOJNA CAVE – ZAGREB B Discover the magical underworld of Slovenia and enter the queen of caves – Postojna cave, the only cave in the world with a train in it. The cave offers a unique experience of the underworld and will ab- solutely leave you speechless. Some free time for lunch and then drives to Zagreb, impressive cap- ital of Croatia. Upon arrival guided walking tour of its historical capital Zagreb composed of the Gornji Grad and Kaptol, will show medieval urban complex of churches, palaces, museums, galler- ies and government buildings popular sightseeing spots of the city. Rest the of the day will be free at leisure. DAY 4: BALATON LAKE - BUDAPEST B, L Check out from hotel and drive to Budapest, cap- ital city of Hungary, imperial country that used to be a part of Austro – Hungarian empire. On your way, stop at Europe’s largest freshwater lake – Balaton. Visit Tihany peninsula and enjoy some free time by the lake. Arrival to Budapest in the late afternoon. Check in hotel, free time and overnight. 4 OPTIONAL: Take a cruise on Danube river and enjoy the city from another perspective DAY 5: BUDAPEST B After breakfast you will taste the spirit of the cap- ital city of Hungary dividend on the banks of Dan- ube river. You will admire Andrássy Avenue, He- ro’s square, famous Fisherman’s bastion, Mathias church, parliament house and end of course ad- mire the view over the city from the Ciutadella hill. Afternoon will be free to enjoy and explore city on your own. 4 OPTIONAL: Carda dinner with traditional Hungarian folklore. DAY 6: BUDAPEST – BRATISLAVA – PRAGUE B New adventure ahead. Drive to Bratislava, the magnificent capital of Slovakia. Upon arrival take a walking tour through the city´s main highlights such as the 13th century Michalska Gate and the pink neo-classical Primate Palace. Then wander around the historic squares and discover the nu- merous modern statues that dot the area. In the afternoon continue to Prague, Mother of cities. Accommodation in hotel and overnight. DAY 7: PRAGUE B The capital of Czech Republic has a lot to offer. Our city tour in the morning will take us across the Karl’s bridge and to St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace and Golden Lane. You will also visit proudly preserved Josefov neighborhood, with its Old Cemetery and historic synagogues and many more. The rest of the afternoon will be free at lei- sure. You can spend the afternoon visiting the city museums, galleries and other attractions or you can join us for a cruise on the river Vltava and ad- mire the city from another perspective. 4 OPTIONAL: Vltava dinner cruise Try one of the famous breweries with local crafts and delicious dinner. The famous Austro - Hungarian empire used to cover a great part of Central Europe, of course besides Austria and Hungary it also covered Slovenia, Croatia and a part of today’s Czech Republic.
