CHARMING ADRIATIC 10 days/9 nights

DAY 1: ARRIVE IN VENICE, Benvenuti!

Meet and greet at Venice airport. Private transfer to the hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 2: VENICE     

 Day will start with sightseeing tour of this enchanted city. Cruise with the taxi boat »vaporetto« will bring you to the »City of Canals«. Walking sightseeing tour is featuring St. Mark’s Square, with the beautiful basilica of St. Mark, astrological clock, bell tower Campanile, Dodge’s Palace, Bridge of Sights and Rialto bridge. In the afternoon you will return to hotel. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 3:  POSTOJNA CAVE – LJUBLJANA, Dobrodošli!     

Head from Venice to Postojna, to visit world known Postojna cave. Continue to Ljubljana, Slovenian capital, unique and small, known as one of the most scenic capitals in Europe. Walking tour in the city centre will take you to admire the Preseren square, famous Tripple Bridge, the city hall, St Nicholas Cathedral and spectacular market. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 4: ZAGREB, Dobro nam došli!

The day begins with a walking tour in Zagreb – capital of Croatia featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s church, the National Parliament, the Cathedral and the Government Palace.  City is full of enjoyable architecture, nature and charming history. Enjoy some time at leisure in this amazing historical city. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 5: PLITVICE LAKES   

Stop in National Park Plitvice and visit one of the most beautiful sites of nature in Croatia. Guid­ed tour will take you along the lakes and many waterfalls. The amazing wonder of nature is on UNESCO World Heritage list. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 6: ZADAR – NATIONAL PARK KRKA   

Zadar, once the most important city of the first Croa­tian kingdom and the cultural capital of northern Dalmatia. Walking tour will future many of ancient and early Christian monuments. Continue to Krka national park, a natural phenomenon, made by river Krka, making its way to the Adriatic Sea. On the 650 m of the river you can admire 12 waterfalls with the most impressive of them, called Skadarski buk. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 7: SPLIT

Day will start in Split old town for a walking tour featuring UNESCO World Heritage listed Roman Diocletian palace, the most compelling ancient Roman monument in Croatia and Split’s famous Riva. Some time at leisure for self-exploring and enjoying this historical Dalmatian city. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 8: DUBROVNIK     

Dubrovnik is a unique charming jewel of the Adriatic coastline and one of the most iconic cities in the World. The city-state of Dubrovnik was an important merchant town in the en­tire Adriatic region. Sightseeing tour features its medieval street Stradun, Rector’s Palace and Franciscan Monastery. Some time at leisure to climb on the medieval wall or to simply enjoy busy street of Stradun. Accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 9: MONTENEGRO TOUR   

Morning departure from Dubrovnik and drive to Perast – an old town on the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro and sightseeing featuring the buildings of ship owners and sea captains, a baroque palace Bujovića, Maritime School building. Continue to Kotor, located along one of Montenegro’s most beautiful bays, listed on UNESCO World Heritage list. Head on to Budva, the best known beach resort in Montenegro. Return to Dubrovnik, accommodation in hotel, overnight.

 

DAY 10: DEPART DUBROVNIK      

After Breakfast enjoy free time for exploring Dubrovnik on tour. Private transfer to the airport for your flight home.
